Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We ONLY accept orders from UK mainland addresses. We reserve the right to decline an order without giving any reason. This site does not constitute an offer.
Clients ordering a web site or sponsored link will need to supply us with appropriate material (text and images, such as logo) that they require on the site. We will contact you with regard to this. Clients ordering Broadband or other Services may be required to complete and sign an order form - if this is the case we will supply the form and provide any advice required to ensure the form is correctly completed.
All goods and services are subject to availability and no contract exists until an order is accepted by PinkDylan and this is evidenced by taking, and not refunding payment. Where a minimum contract term exists this will be stated on the details of the service in question. Subsequent payments (such as monthly broadband) will be automatically taken from your credit card and you must advise us of any changes to card details (such as a replacement card). Periodical charges (other than the first payment) may be made by standing order if preferred.
We accept credit card payment with Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to normally complete sponsored listings within 2 working days of receipt of material (logo etc).
WebStart Web Sites are normally completed within 7 working days of receipt of material.
Broadband services require action by BT and we will keep you informed of status.
Allow 31 days for delivery of any goods.
Timescale, within reasonable limit, shall not be a condition of contract. The above timescales are an indication of what can normally be expected but are not a condition of purchase.

Services contracted for involve work being done for the individual client. An order represents a contract and may not be cancelled unless the service is not provided within a reasonable timescale.

Any unwanted items or goods received faulty MUST be returned within 7 days. You MUST contact us before sending goods back and we will give instructions and a goods return number. No returns without a goods return number can be accepted. All returns including returns under warranty must be paid for by the purchaser - except for goods received faulty which will be returned at our cost as long as our return instructions are followed.
